I am currently a student at TRU taking the ESTR career’s program, to try different career opportunities. I wanted to get back to school after having a tough year trying to find a job and feeling unmotivated. so far I haven’t missed a full day, because I like the feeling of having a purpose, and getting back into a routine and needing to be somewhere is nice. If I’m able to put my hard work towards something I can enjoy it would make life a lot easier going. I was a student at Norkam senior secondary from 2018 until 2021 where I graduated and though this school, I learned about the ESTR program. It took me a year to decide that I wanted to go to this program. I chose the ESTR careers exploration part of the program this is where I was able to learn the basics of horticulture, I really enjoyed this part of the program we also got some volunteer experience
